For the past several years Jason and Shannon have been discussing building homes together.  Finally in 2021 they decided to formed a new joint venture to again build new construction homes in the Cedar Rapids and surrounding markets. This venture brings together a team of professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in the home sales, building and construction businesses.
